• Work toward a deforestation-free supply chain in compliance with global environmental directives including EUDR​

• Monitor and reduce Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse gas emissions across logistics, warehousing, and procurement operations​

• Minimize packaging waste by prioritizing recyclable, biodegradable, or reduced-material packaging solutions

• Promote energy efficiency in all company-operated facilities and encourage the same among our supply partners​

• Support traceability from farm to shipment using digital tools to verify environmental compliance at the source​

We pledge to:

• Respect and uphold international human rights standards across all sourcing geographies, including zero tolerance for forced or child labor

• Ensure fair wages, safe working conditions, and non-discriminatory practices for all employees and contracted workers​

• Source from farmer communities that receive equitable compensation, supporting rural livelihoods and long-term agricultural resilience​

• Promote gender inclusivity and equal opportunity in all hiring, procurement, and business partnership decisions

• Engage with local communities in sourcing regions through responsible trade relationships and farmer support programs​

• Comply fully with food safety standards (HACCP, FSMA, FSSAI) to ensure product safety for all end consumers

• Conduct periodic ESG audits and publish annual sustainability disclosures to stakeholders

• Maintain transparent supplier due diligence practices, including documented declarations for sourcing, certification, and origin verification​

• Protect data privacy and ensure secure handling of all business and customer information

• Align business practices with globally recognized frameworks including UN SDGs, GRI Standards, and ISO 14001 principles
